Mandatory Training
All deployed observers and supervisors must attend training covering observation methodology, reporting protocols, Code of Conduct, personal safety and ESR coordination. Training includes practical simulations and use of checklists.
Sample Training Agenda
Typical agenda includes: introductions, legal frameworks, observation methods, role-play of opening & counting, SMM training, ESR simulation, reporting exercises and pledge signing.
